Shipping

Staxx orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS)*, depending on your preference and the items you select. The shipping method and expected delivery date will be indicated on your confirmation email upon charging your purchase.

Our basic shipping cost via USPS is a flat rate of $4.95, and may only be used for orders with a total merchandise value of $50 or less. Staxx will not insure these packages, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Tracking is virtually impossible using this method of shipment. The US Mail quotes delivery to most locations within 2 to 7 days within the United States.

UPS quotes a 2 to 5 day time period to most locations within the United States for ground delivery. If you need to get your order sooner, you have the option of selecting 2-day or overnight service for additional fees. Cost of UPS shipping will be calculated and charged to your credit card according to your delivery area, based on current UPS rates. *UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will typically be shipped the same day. If any of the items ordered are not in stock, you will be notified via email.
