What if it still doesn't fit once I've received it? If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it. Just mail it back with note indicating your newly requested ring size.

What if this is a gift and I don't know her ring size?
You're so thoughtful! You could buy a Staxx Gift Certficate and let her choose the Staxx pieces she wants. Or, print out our ring sizer and if you have one of her other rings, you can use it as a guide, or see if you can tell from the circular display lower right which size she would be. If it still doesn't fit - we're happy to exchange it for the right size.
