How can I tell what size a Staxx Centerpiece is?
Ranging in size from Small to Extra Large, each item number contains a code relative to it's size. For example, Item # 307XL is an Extra Large piece whereas item # 223S is a Small piece.
How big is a small Staxx centerpiece?
Small items are slightly smaller than a dime.
How big is a medium Staxx centerpiece?
Medium pieces are slightly smaller than a nickel.
How big is a large Staxx centerpiece?
Large pieces are slightly smaller than a quarter.
How big is an Extra Large piece?
Extra Large pieces are slightly larger than a half dollar.
What if I don't know my Staxx ring size?
You can click on the Ring Size Finder to learn your ring size or you can just guess. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it. Just mail it back with note indicating your newly requested ring size.
What if this is a gift and I don't know her ring size?
You're so thoughtful! You could buy a Staxx Gift Certficate and let her choose the Staxx pieces she wants. If you think you know her tastes you can always guess at her Staxx ring size and we'll exchange it if it doesn't fit.

What if I (or they) don't like it?
If you are not absolutely thrilled with your Staxx purchase, you can return any or all items for a full credit of the purchase price. We will refund any returns within 14 days of receipt excluding shipping and handling fees.

How long does it take to ship my Staxx order?
Staxx orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), depending on your preference and the items you select. The shipping method and expected delivery date will be indicated on your confirmation email upon charging your purchase.
Our basic shipping cost via USPS is a flat rate of $4.95, and may only be used for orders with a total merchandise value of $50 or less. Staxx will not insure these packages, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Tracking is virtually impossible using this method of shipment. The US Mail quotes delivery to most locations within 2 to 7 days within the United States.
UPS quotes a 2 to 5 day time period to most locations within the United States for ground delivery. If you need to get your order sooner, you have the option of selecting 2-day or overnight service for additional fees. Cost of UPS shipping will be calculated and charged to your credit card according to your delivery area, based on current UPS rates.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will typically be shipped the same day. If any of the items ordered are not in stock, you will be notified via email.

What materials are used in the Staxx pieces?
Staxx Rings are stainless steel and the Staxx Centerpieces come in a variety of materials from sterling silver, 14K Gold, Gold Vermeil and Gold-Plated over Sterling. We also offer semi-precious stones like Peridot, Garnet, Blue Topaz, Citrine, Onyx, Mother of Pearl and Cubic Zirconia. You'll even find centerpieces made of natural stones or minerals like Jade, Tiger's Eye, Cat's Eye, Turquoise, Agate, and Marcasite. Some of our other popular materials include Capiz Shell which comes from pearl oysters. Finally we have many centerpieces made with decorative art glass.
